Search the FAQ for entries containing:

First, create the meeting document. Add the title, set the start and end times and add your agenda items and whatever else you need to set the meeting up.

Next, tap on the send icon at the top of the screen and choose 'Add to calendar'.

A standard add event will pop up. It will have all of the fields filled in with the exception of the invitees. The reason it cannot fill in the invitees is that Apple doesn't allow it at the moment. When this restriction is lifted by Apple I'll add the functionality so that they are added automatically. Until then you will have to fill in the invitees manually.

Note that the agenda items are listed in the notes field. 

Once the invite is set up just tap Done to send it and add it to your calendar.
