At some point you may want to tidy up these lists to remove duplicates. The lists are generated on the fly from all of the entries in all meetings. The benefit of this is that it is very convenient in that you don't have to specifically go to a settings area to add to the list. The down side is that if you have duplicates it is harder to remove them.

To tidy up the lists:

  1. Go to the 'Everything About...' view on the main screen.
  2. Remove all people from the people list at the top.
  3. Tap the '>>' button to the left of the search box.
  4. Choose the item you are interested in removing. This will select all of the meetings, actions etch where this item appears.
  5. Open each item in turn and change it to what you want.

This will be more automated in a future version. However, it has to be done with care because automating changes across meeting documents violates the rule that meeting documents should not be changed without your explicit consent.
