Just like in real life, in MeetingGold there isn't actually much difference between a meeting, a phone call and an on-line meeting. The essence of all three is that two or more people discuss things, exchange information and decide to do things as a result. The only real difference is physical location. However, most people don't think of them as being substantially the same thing. This is unfortunate because there are substantial benefits to doing so, mainly in how we approach decision making and execution of actions.

In MeetingGold phone calls and on-line meetings differ from standard meetings only in the location. You should use MeetingGold to document phone calls and on-line meetings.
