A meeting document is created for each meeting in MeetingGold. It is similar to a word processing document in that it contains text that you write and pictures that you take with the iPad camera. It also contains: agenda items, actions, questions, and summary items. These are all 'document parts', a new and powerful concept that allow you to freely combine parts of one document into other documents as they are needed.

MeetingGold documents have the file extension .mtgz and can be sent as attachments and saved on computers just like any other file.

If you receive a MeetingGold document in email on your iPad you can tap on the attachment to open the document in MeetingGold. The document and its contents (the document parts) are automatically integrated into your MeetingGold app so that you can easily view the contents in various ways.
